Total Propaganda
OK, this won't be too too long, since I have a math test tomorrow, but after social studies class today, I just felt that this had to be said.
So we're learning about all the different philosophies in social studies right now, mainly socialism, capitalism, conservatism, and liberalism, with a bit about Marxism. I am just amazed, and somewhat baffled by the hostility towards socialism. Honestly, I'm in the "normal" social studies class, so these people know next to nothing about socialism and Marx and Mao, but when the topic comes up, they act like we're learning about Hitler or something. And the material does nothing to correct this. The books and sheets we get consistently depict(albeit subtly) socialism as this dictatorship and communist leaders as these insane power hungry people. It's so ingrained, "dislike" is probably becoming too indifferent to describe these people's attitudes towards socialism, communism, and by proxy, China.
So let me clear the air right now. Socialism and communism are miles apart from dictatorship, in theory, yes, I agree the applications are a bit too similar for my liking, but the idea was Utopian, and if the fault lies anywhere, it lies with corrupt officials, so stop acting like it's Satan worship or Neo-Nazism or something. Another thing, call me brainwashed, but Mao was not this cruel dictator the western world constantly depicts, yes, he had his faults, but he was a revolutionary first, a politician second, and frankly, there is no doubt that he did more good for Chinese peasants than bad (especially early on). Look up the Chinese civil war on Wikipedia, and you'll see what I mean. And the thing about communist brainwashing in China and stuff, don't even start, cause it happens just as much in capitalist countries.
This leads me to another topic, China, which has been consistently painted in a disgusting way by Western Media. Let me give an example. The west has always been against China's one child policy, but a while back, China released data saying that the policy reduced the population dramatically, greatly benefiting the environment through less release of green house gases. So what's the problem? One of the west's biggest beefs against China is environment policies. In the face of the afore mention fact, the west still condemns the one child policy in China AND the Chinese environmental policy, even though the former has helped the environment. So whatever China does, it'll always be painted as this evil communist state.
Now, I'm not trying to change your political beliefs or anything, partly because since I was born to a middle class, I like liberalism better than socialism anyways, but I do want you to get some adequate information before condemning a certain belief(This applies just as well to religion, re: Islam), especially communism, which is completely misunderstood, because the bias is bordering on discrimination in many parts of Canada right now.
That's all, folks...

Totally agree (refer to my post on LMOM a while back).
But last night, I saw a "documentary" on the Falun Gong and it absolute BULLSHIT. And that's saying it lightly. It was more like, flaming piles of turd that were being ingested by bullshit liars and bigots, and shit out again from the ass of fucktard "charitable organizations"like Amnesty which is probably run by absolute idiots who think they can change the world but actually all they can do is eat inhuman shit from the buttholes of traitors, xenophobes, and completely brainwashed cuntfucks.
What I mean is, they don't even get their facts straight, and start condemning the Chinese government on issues too great for their minuscule fly-and-larvae-infested-pile-of-pig-shit-for-brains.
Exactly, and westerners think Chinese pppl are the ones being brainwashed!
So, why didn't you add to your blog entry the number of people that died during the Soviet Union and all the communist revolutions that took place on Earth? Do you even know what that number is?
Right, and the Tsars were treating the peasants really well?
Besides, Stalin was an egotistical moron, I doubt he even actually read the communist manifesto. (but if you can, please email me the quote where Marx tells communists to kill people!)
And please don't bring up deaths during revolutions, because trust me when I say capitalism causes famines!
And plus, revolutions need to be violent because the peasants are forced to be. Nothing else can be done. You can't persuade the King in monarchy to make changes peacefully, nor can you do anything in a capitalist world without money. It's either die of hunger, die under the old injustice, or die trying to make the world better.
These people were FORCED to do whatever they had to do. No other alternatives were available.
And now let me ask you, how many people died in the Great Depression because of hunger? How many people died in the Great Crusades (I included this because it was a western attempt at trying to bring the world under their banner. It is also related to the mass propaganda we are experiencing right now)? How many people died under the Fascist regime? Yes, Fascism is the extreme form of Capitalism. Do you know those numbers? Or did you even think about that before asking us how many people died in revolutions.
Let me tell you something. Deaths in communism were at least meant to be progressive, they were meant to benefit the greater good. They might have back-fired in some circumstances, but that is only because they haven't fully grasped it yet.
As you can see, now communism has evolved. Socialism is the new communism, and that is exactly what resulted after many trials and tribulations.
And my friend, choosing Ronald Reagan is so very American of you, so very republican of you. Look what voting republican has made your country now. A heap of mess.
Open your eyes! Stop being brainwashed! Know a little ABOUT communism or socialism before trying to bring it down.
Don't tell me you know all about communism from reading an article written by a capitalist. See both sides of the story, then you can judge.
